These Terms govern your access to and use of FreelancerWorld.vip (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

FreelancerWorld.vip is an intermediary marketplace (not an employer). Projects are fixed-price, and all payments must be processed on the Platform. This summary does not replace the full Terms.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://freelancerworld.vip (the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
The Platform does not provide banking, financial, or employment services.
2. Platform overview
The Platform is an online marketplace connecting businesses (“Clients”) with independent professionals (“Freelancers”) specializing in performance marketing, including funnels, paid advertising, CRO, analytics, and automation.
The Platform provides tools for:
• project posting and discovery
• freelancer selection
• communication and workflow
• payment handling and escrow
• dispute resolution
The Company acts solely as an intermediary and technical facilitator.
The Company:
• is not a party to contracts between Clients and Freelancers
• does not provide the underlying services
• does not guarantee results, income, or project availability
Freelancers act as independent contractors and are solely responsible for their services, legal compliance, and taxes.
3. Definitions
Account – a registered user profile
Client – a user purchasing services
Freelancer – a user providing services
Project – defined scope of work
Milestone – stage of a Project with defined deliverables
Escrow – temporary holding of funds
Payout – withdrawal of funds from Platform balance
PSP – licensed Payment Service Provider
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
You agree to:
• provide accurate and up-to-date information
• maintain confidentiality of your account
• be responsible for all activity under your account
We may:
• request identity verification (KYC)
• perform AML and compliance checks
• suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, legal, or policy reasons
5. Use of the platform
You agree not to:
• provide false or misleading information
• engage in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity
• infringe third-party rights
• bypass Platform systems or payment flows
• interfere with Platform operations
Users must not arrange payments or services outside the Platform with users they first met on the Platform for a period of 24 months, unless expressly permitted by the Company.
6. Project model
All Projects are fixed-price and outcome-based.
Clients and Freelancers must agree on:
• scope and deliverables
• timelines
• acceptance criteria
The Platform does not provide hourly tracking tools.
The Company does not guarantee availability of Projects or earnings.
7. Fees and pricing
The Platform charges a 1% commission on successfully completed Projects.
The Platform does not charge:
• transaction fees
• withdrawal fees
External providers (banks, PSPs) may apply their own fees.
Users are responsible for their own taxes.
8. Payments and escrow
8.1 Clients must fund Projects in advance.
Funds are held in escrow until:
• the Client approves the work
• the review period expires
• a dispute is resolved
All payments must be processed through the Platform.
Payments are processed by licensed PSPs. The Company does not store full payment card details.
Payments may be marked as successful, pending, or declined. The Company is not responsible for delays or failures caused by PSPs, banks, or card networks.
8.2 Projects may be structured into Milestones.
Each Milestone represents a defined portion of the Project with its own deliverables and payment amount.
Clients may fund Milestones separately or as part of a total Project amount.
Funds related to each Milestone may be released individually upon:
• completion of the relevant deliverables
• Client approval
• expiration of the review period
• dispute resolution
If a dispute arises, the Platform may determine partial release, refund, or allocation of funds between Milestones at its reasonable discretion.
9. Client review and release
Clients have 24 hours to review delivered work.
If no dispute is opened within this period, funds are automatically released to the Freelancer’s balance.
If a dispute is opened, the Platform reviews the case and determines the outcome at its reasonable discretion.
10. Refunds and disputes
Refunds may be granted in limited cases:
• non-delivery
• material deviation from agreed scope
• confirmed payment errors
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction.
Refunds are not granted for:
• dissatisfaction with results
• misuse of delivered work
• completed and accepted work
Users agree to attempt resolution through the Platform before initiating external disputes or chargebacks.
11. Chargebacks and payment abuse
If a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute is initiated, the Company may:
• place a hold on related funds
• deduct amounts from User balances
• restrict account functionality
The Company may recover associated fees or losses where permitted by law.
12. Withdrawals (payouts)
12.1 Eligibility
Freelancers may withdraw funds if:
• sufficient balance is available
• verification (KYC) is completed
• compliance checks are passed
12.2 Limits
• Minimum withdrawal: €50
• Maximum withdrawal: €9,000 per transaction
12.3 Methods
Withdrawals are made via supported payment methods (e.g., Visa / Mastercard).
12.4 Processing time
Withdrawals are typically processed:
• same day
• within 1–2 business days
• up to 3–5 business days
Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed.
12.5 Fees
The Platform does not charge withdrawal fees.
Banks or payment providers may apply their own charges.
12.6 Responsibility
Users must provide accurate payout details.
The Company is not liable for failed or delayed payouts due to incorrect information.
12.7 Payout disclaimer
The Company does not execute payouts directly. All payouts are processed by licensed Payment Service Providers.
The Company does not control processing times or outcomes once a payout request is submitted.
13. Compliance and security
The Platform applies AML, KYC, and fraud prevention procedures.
Transactions are processed in accordance with Visa and Mastercard rules and applicable security standards.
The Company may suspend accounts in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or suspicious activity.
14. Geographic restrictions
The Platform may not be available in certain jurisdictions due to legal, regulatory, or sanctions restrictions.
15. Intellectual property
Freelancers retain ownership of their work until payment is completed.
Upon payment, Clients receive rights to use the deliverables as agreed.
Users must not infringe third-party rights.
16. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not guarantee:
• specific results
• uninterrupted service
• successful outcomes
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:
• indirect or consequential damages
• loss of profits or data
• third-party payment failures
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant transaction.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
• your use of the Platform
• your breach of these Terms
• violation of laws or third-party rights
19. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts at any time due to:
• violations of these Terms
• fraud or abuse
• compliance requirements
20. Notices
We may send notices via email or through the Platform. Electronic communications are considered valid notice.
21. Force majeure
The Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including technical failures, internet disruptions, or governmental actions.
22. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
23. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
