Rapid GA4 & Pixel Audit (1-Day Senior Tracking Check)

Urgent request: need a senior-level eye on our analytics setup. This is a focused, 1-day project to review and spot-check our current GA4 and pixel tracking before we push more paid spend. Context: we’ve had some inconsistencies in recent conversion data and want to avoid wasting budget due to misattribution or faulty event fires.

The task: jump into our GA4 property and Meta pixel setup, review key conversion events, and provide a quick sanity check. We’re not looking for a full overhaul—just a sharp, senior assessment of what’s working, what’s missing, and what’s risky if left unaddressed. You’ll need to flag any obvious tracking gaps, event duplication, or attribution issues, and suggest one or two top-priority fixes we can action fast. We’ll handle the actual implementation for now, unless you see a truly simple fix that can be done in minutes.

Must have strong experience with analytics QA, debugging event flows, and a practical sense for what matters most in a limited timeframe. Meta Ads and Google Analytics (GA4) are the main focus, so hands-on knowledge is critical. We care about actionable feedback, not a theoretical audit. Please keep notes concise and actionable—ideally a short bullet summary or annotated screenshot if you spot something urgent.

Reason for this task: we're prepping for a new campaign and want to be sure we’re not flying blind. We’ve had tracking issues in the past that led to wasted budget, and can’t afford another round of guesswork. If this goes well, there’s potential for a bigger tracking cleanup or dashboard build soon.

Deliverables: brief written summary of findings (1–2 key points), highlight any show-stoppers, and a quick suggestion for what to prioritise next. 1-day turnaround is a must—need this checked before tomorrow’s ad launch.
