Short project for a quick funnel review: I need a fresh pair of eyes on a basic sales funnel to spot obvious friction points and give me practical suggestions. This is a limited-scope audit, ideal for someone early in their performance marketing journey who’s keen to build hands-on experience.
The job: access will be provided to a simple funnel (homepage > opt-in > checkout). Your job is to walk through the journey as a new user, flag anything that could block conversions, and write up clear, actionable notes. I don’t expect a deep strategic overhaul or advanced wireframes—just honest feedback on what feels off, what could be smoother, and where the value proposition isn’t clear. If you spot upsell/downsell opportunities or a missing CTA, highlight those too.
This is a junior-level assignment, so I’m not looking for a full audit deck or a 30-page report. A 1–2 page summary (can be bullet points) is perfect. Please cover:
- First impressions and messaging clarity
- Obvious UX issues or friction spots
- Simple ideas for boosting conversions (e.g. headline tweaks, button placement, reducing steps)
- Notes on offer structure—does the flow make sense?
- Any missing upsell/downsell suggestions (if relevant)
Why am I posting this? I’m planning to test new offers soon and want to catch easy wins before putting more ad spend behind this funnel. Fast feedback is important; please be ready to deliver within 2 days of getting access.
Clear communication is a must. If something’s confusing or you need a quick call to clarify, let me know. This could lead to more work if your notes help improve conversion rates.
Perfect for a junior marketer who wants a real-world test task and isn’t afraid to point out what’s not working.
Looking forward to your honest perspective and simple, actionable ideas!
In short: quick funnel checkup, clear notes, delivered fast.
