Junior Funnel Strategist for DTC Brand (Customer Journey Audit + Recommendations)

Feb 28, 2026 - Junior

€94.00 Fixed

We're a small DTC brand aiming to improve our funnel performance before our next product launch. This project is ideal for a junior-level freelancer who wants hands-on experience with funnel strategy and optimisation. The scope is focused but detailed: you'll map out our current customer journey, review our core funnel steps, and recommend conversion improvements. The turnaround is less than a month, but we hope to move faster if possible.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Audit the existing funnel structure and identify drop-off points
  • Map the customer journey from ad click through to post-purchase
  • Evaluate our offer positioning, upsell and downsell opportunities
  • Suggest conversion-focused tweaks (copy, CTAs, page flow)
  • Review basic analytics (using our current setup) to support findings
  • Summarise actionable recommendations in a short report

We're not looking for an advanced consultant—just someone with a solid grasp of funnel logic and a keen eye for user experience. Skills that will help include basic knowledge of funnel mapping tools, understanding of offer structure, and the ability to spot simple optimisation opportunities. If you have experience with customer journey mapping or have worked on any DTC or e-commerce projects, that's a plus but not required.

Our main goal: identify quick wins to increase conversion rates and make sure we're not missing obvious upsell or cross-sell chances. There's a chance for more work if your recommendations are actionable and show results. Please mention any relevant tools you use or frameworks you like to follow for mapping or auditing funnels.

Looking forward to seeing how you would approach this! Quick turnaround appreciated, but quality of insight matters most.

In short: audit our funnel, map the journey, and give us practical next steps.
