Launching a new e-commerce product and need a fresh set of eyes on our funnel. This is a short-term, focused project to review our current funnel architecture and customer journey, spot quick wins, and suggest improvements. We’re looking for someone early in their performance marketing career who’s eager to apply funnel thinking in a real-world setting—if you’re keen to get hands-on experience, this is a solid opportunity.
Your main task: audit our funnel from ad click through to post-purchase, highlight friction points, and outline 1–2 actionable tweaks. We want clear notes on the customer journey, where drop-offs happen, and basic ideas for improving conversions (think: clearer CTAs, better offer sequencing, or a simple upsell/downsell suggestion). You’ll get a snapshot of our current setup, access to the main landing page, and a walkthrough of the offer stack. No need for deep analytics or advanced CRO tools—just a practical, human-eye review and a short summary report.
We’re not expecting a full rebuild or a complex wireframe—just concise, practical feedback we can implement quickly. If you have some familiarity with funnel strategy, customer journey mapping, or have used tools like Funnelytics, that’s a bonus, but not mandatory. A good eye for conversion flow and the ability to communicate simple, actionable steps is what matters most here.
Project duration is less than a month, but in reality, we’d like to wrap up your review and recommendations within a week or two. If things go well, there’s a chance for more work as we iterate and optimise further. Please mention any similar projects you’ve worked on, even if it was just for a course or as a personal project. Looking forward to practical, honest feedback—not theory!
To sum up: quick funnel audit, highlight conversion blockers, and suggest 1–2 improvements we can act on right away. Perfect for a junior performance marketer keen to build their portfolio.
