Need a sharp, hands-on AI automation specialist to help us tighten up our ad creative prompt workflows and streamline a couple of marketing automations. The core task is focused: review our current setup for AI-driven ad copy generation, suggest one or two actionable improvements, and help implement a quick win in our automation flow. We use a mix of prompt frameworks and basic Zapier/Make connections, but things feel a bit manual and repetitive right now. If you’ve worked with AI ad systems, basic prompt engineering, or simple workflow automation, this should be a straightforward job. The goal is to make sure our process is less clunky and that at least one step is automated or optimised for our next campaign push.
Project motivation: We want to iron out small workflow bottlenecks before scaling ad spend on a new offer. This is a quick 3-day turnaround, so you’ll need to be comfortable jumping in fast, making practical suggestions, and executing a mini fix or improvement (not a full rebuild). Experience with prompt tuning, Zapier/Make, or marketing automation basics is a plus. If you spot an easy win for creative personalisation or chatbot handoff, even better—but scope is intentionally small for this first round.
