Lifecycle Email Support for DTC Brand (Junior, Ongoing Small Tasks)

€35.00 Fixed

Helping a small DTC brand stay on top of our email marketing and lifecycle flows. This is a junior-level, ongoing support role—perfect if you’re looking to build hands-on experience in retention marketing and want to learn how consistent email work contributes to revenue growth over time.

We’re looking for someone who can assist with a mix of recurring and ad hoc tasks related to our existing email flows, simple campaign launches, and basic retention triggers. Tasks might include updating copy in welcome or cart recovery emails, checking list segments before a campaign, scheduling newsletters, or helping QA new automations before we hit send. Every now and then, you might help test a new reactivation idea or tweak a flow based on recent results. We use standard tools (think Klaviyo or Mailchimp), but we’re happy to show you the ropes if you’re motivated and reliable.

The budget here is for small, well-defined tasks—think a couple of quick copy swaps, a segment check, or setting up a single email in an existing flow. We’ll assign work in small pieces, and if you deliver reliably, there’s potential for more. No advanced strategy or complex segmentation required; just a willingness to learn, communicate clearly, and pay attention to detail.

Most tasks can be done async, and we’re flexible on timing as long as you keep us updated. If you’re comfortable with the basics of email platforms and want to get more hands-on with lifecycle marketing, this could be a good fit. Mention any experience with simple automations, A/B subject line tests, or campaign scheduling—it’s a plus but not mandatory.

In short: ongoing, bite-sized lifecycle email tasks for a junior freelancer who wants real-world exposure. Looking forward to seeing what you can do.
