Simple Marketing Automation: AI Prompt Setup (Quick Test Task)

We’ve got a specific need: help us set up a basic AI-driven automation for our marketing workflow. This is a junior-level, quick-turnaround project – ideal for someone looking to get hands-on with prompt engineering and automation tools in a real business context. The aim is to create a simple, repeatable process that uses an AI prompt to generate content snippets (like short email intros or ad hooks) based on a few input variables. We’re not expecting a full system—just a small, working proof of concept that shows you understand the logic and can connect the pieces.

Our tools are flexible: you can use Zapier, Make, or even a basic script if you prefer. The deliverable should be a working mini-workflow that takes in a few fields (e.g., product type, audience, tone), sends them to an AI prompt, and outputs a short text. No custom coding required unless you want to show off. If you’re familiar with ChatGPT, Bard, or similar APIs, even better, but not mandatory.

Why this project? We’re testing what’s possible before investing more in automation. If this goes smoothly, there’s potential for ongoing work as we build out more advanced flows and integrate with our CRM.

Requirements:
- Take a simple input form (can be Google Sheets, Typeform, or similar)
- Connect it to an AI prompt system (Zapier, Make, or a basic script)
- Output generated text to a doc or email (nothing fancy)
- Document the setup so we can test and reuse it

Nice to have: basic understanding of marketing copy, but we’ll provide the initial prompt. What matters is you can follow logic, set up the workflow, and explain what you did. Junior experience is fine, just be clear and reliable.

Timeline: less than a week. Shouldn’t take more than a few focused hours if you’ve played with this kind of thing before. Quick feedback loop – we’ll test together and give you a fast answer.
